Know your anatomy inside and out. Know your muscular functions inside and out. Know your structural functions inside and out. Know all of this, you can throw away all of your “special tests”.
Know all of this and you then will use tests that stress the potential damaged structures, not what the textbooks say.
Once you learn how the body operates, you will then understand what it is that is injured / damaged when the body isn’t operating as it should.
