Therese, also known as ‘Tez’, is a results based Physiotherapist who has a great passion for all things women’s health, strength and conditioning, and sports.

Over the years, she has worked with various professional sporting teams, and individuals, from the AFL and AFLW. For years, Therese has treated professional and amateur body builders, martial arts athletes, and dancers.

From this work, she has comprehensive experience in treating all sports injuries, and understands what it takes to take somebody from an injury, to playing elite level sport in a timely fashion.

Therese’s special interest in Women’s Health includes pelvic pain, pregnancy (pre, peri and post natal), relative exercise and rehabilitation, and fertility. She has an interest in nutritional health, hormonal health, fertility health, and alternative medicine. Therese is a Physio that cares for the well-being of her clients above everything. She is a leader among her peers, and an educator to other health professionals.

Therese has a personal and professional passion for the gym, pilates (clinical and mat), and rehabilitation strength and conditioning – she is well equipped when it comes to designing rehabilitation and performance programs for her clients! Her main professional interests are treating headaches and migraines, working with women’s health clients, hip dysplasia, hyper mobile / flexible clients, and lower back pain.

Therese enjoys the hands-on side of Physiotherapy. This includes deep tissue massage, active release therapy (ART), fire cupping, dry needling, electro-dry needling, joint mobilisations, spinal and extremity adjustments, and scraping (IASTM).

Therese thoroughly believes that Physiotherapy is not complete with exercise alone, but by hybridising accurate injury diagnosis, hands-on manual therapy, and designing individualised strength and conditioning rehabilitation and performance programs.
